Dexter Season Five Starts In Sept 2010. This Is Going To Be The Greatest Season!
The New season of Dexter began in September 2010. In the previous season, our anti-hero departed from his role of family man following the thrilling incidents of the last episode of that season. It is no overstatement to say that the final episode was perhaps the greatest hour of television out of the last two years. Without ruining the ending for those who missed it, Dexter will move into the role of guilty parent in series 5, while being under more intense pressure than in any previous seasons. What is in store in the next 12 episodes? Michael C Hall, who stars as Dexter has said that the story will come to an end somehow, but how? Will Dexter meet his end? Will he say goodbye to the Dark Passenger? Will he get caught?
In the meantime, what will happen regarding Dexter's House? He might carry on living in the house in Dexter season five, or alternatively he could go back to his apartment. But this begs the question of what happens to the children, and where they are going to live. To keep his space Dexter has to keep them occupied somehow. Maybe another woman will enter the scene. For a psychopath who doesn't enjoy, Dexter seems to do okay with women, so this is not hard to imagine.
However the biggest aspect will be Dexter's situation at work. The FBI have control over the Trinity files, and it is only a matter of time before they interview Trinity's wife and children and learn about Kyle Butler. Then when Trinity's family give a description it will probably lead back to our hero. How will Dexter be able to explain knowing Trinity and his children before the police figured out who Arthur Mitchell was?
Quinn was beginning to look as though he was suspicious of Dexter in season four. That story arc might easily develop in Dexter season five. Quinn is not in Doakes' league, but like Doakes he's the only cop in the department who sees something else in Dexter. Will Quinn discover the truth about Dexter? And if he did, what would happen? Quinn does not fit the code, but Dexter has been known to deviate from it. And perhaps if Quinn did learn the whole truth, he may not be so disapproving of it, as he doesn't always go by the rules himself.
