1. You must have a mentor.

2. You must have a back-up plan.

Not having a back-up plan for your home business is like being stuck out in the desert with a flat tire and no spare.
You just aren’t going anywhere.  Sometimes, try as hard as we might, our ideas just don’t work and we have to scrap them.  That’s why you should always have a back-up plan. Give your home business every chance to succeed, but if you sense it’s not going to happen, don’t be afraid to pull the plug on it and move on to next plan.

3. You must have relentless desire and determination.

This is the number one reason why most people don’t succeeed. They don’t have relentless desire and determination. Commit the following words to memory:

“Any success you achieve will be in direct proportion to your desire and determination. The more desire and determination you have, the greater will be your success!”

You have to want to succeed with your home business more than anything else in the world–anything and take the three steps needed ro succeed!

Armed with this information, you can go about creating a niche marketing website that will have a better chance of becoming successful.

Home Office Products Website has been around for a while, close to 10 years. It started with a Basic Front Page theme. It got a new coat every few years and each time the concept changed slightly. There were a few years the site made some decent money in commissions on products I recommended (hmmm that was a long time ago….).

Technology is changing fast, so are the home office products. It differs if you have a home business but travel a lot doing your business. When I traveled 90% of my time I tried all the travel gadgets you could get; when I was doing business from home I tried many office tools, small foot print devices; multiple function tools; efficient, reliable products etc.

With the current recession more people then ever before will start a home business in 2009. Some will start full time (by default), some part time to start making some additional money to make ends meet. Some others might have to work to complement their pension. So it is the right time for me to bring this site back and share some of my current experiences. So you will see some updates made to the website http://www.homeofficeproducts.com  in the weeks to come.

I started by adding a blog. This blog. Blogs are great, efficient, a must have for almost every business. Yes, I will explain a lot more on this subject during the posts to come….and please, don’t be shy…give me your comments…. and your experiences…. Yes, that is one reason why blogging is a “must” for any (home) business….
